Insurance companies that underwrite Connecticut multifamilies

Hello all.  I had insurance with progressive on my three Connecticut rental properties (2 multifamily and one single family). Progressive is no longer writing insurance on rental properties in Connecticut so I am looking for new coverages.  I was able to get a good policy with nat gen on the single family but the multi families are looking much more expensive.  Anyone else seeing this in Connecticut and have you found any decent replacement policies?

@Placeholder Placeholder - unfortunately rates are up everywhere and like you Progressive dropped me.  Most of my portfolio got moved over to Quincy Mutual.  They are very expensive but was the cheapest that my broker had to move me to.

I'd be happy to have a conversation about insurance or anything else.  If interested DM me.

I'd be happy to help take a look at your portfolio to see if we can improve your coverage or lower your rate. Are the properties in good condition?

Sorry for not replying sooner. I haven’t figured out how to turn notifications on for post comments. I ended up getting coverage through Narragansett Bay Insurance Company for my properties. Quotes were reasonable relative to what I had seen in the market. So far so good - coverage started two months ago.
