Curious—what’s been the most useful vendor or service you’ve found recently for managing rentals?

I’ve been seeing a lot of owners struggle with things like compliance, maintenance coordination, and tenant screening lately.

We’re putting together a trade show in LA next month focused pretty heavily on those areas—vendors, tools, and some practical sessions around legal updates and increasing rental income.

Has anyone here attended local trade shows before—did you find them worth your time?
