I use Zillow manager ( formerly postlets) and craigslist. What do you use? Where is most traffic coming from for you? I know this can vary but just curious.

For long term rentals, we typically rely on the syndication provided through AppFolio and Zillow which, between the two, posts our rentals to just about every major consumer site you can think of. Depending of the property/market, we may also post ads on craigslist and things of that nature.

Hi @Ashley Millar, Zillow is a good resource for sure. They now own many of the listing sites including Trulia, Hotpads, and some others. So listing there is going to get you a lot of bang. There's others such as all the RentPath sites (rent.com, rentalhouses.com, rentals.com, lovely, etc) that is good too, not to mention Craigslist.
You can do these all manually, or as Kevin said, if you are using software to manage your rentals hopefully it will syndicate your rentals to all these sites automatically and save you the time.
