    Hi Tracey, while I'm not an investor myself, I currently have a couple of deals on the market in Sandusky. Both are larger multifamily properties. Would you have any interest in acquiring multi unit properties?

    @Tracey Thornton I'm an investor/agent in Amherst (Lorain county). We have a small investor group that meets once a month Brookpark if you are ever interested in attending let me know.

    I’ve visited the Lorain area and fell in love. Now I’m searching for a duplex to purchase and rent out until I’m ready to spend summers there.

    Can you help me enter this market?

    I think I’m ready to make my first deal (I’m in AZ).
