New affordable individual family renatl homes

Hello,

I just started on investing in rental properties. I am not  very handy so I am looking into new individual family homes which are under 250k and give me decent return of $1650/month in rental. I have narrowed down on one property but the price is so tempting I feel like I want to grab some more and manage all properties at the same place. Any thoughts ????
