Property Manager Technology for Property Upkeep and Vendors
I am wondering what are some of the most efficient ways that property managers manage their vendors and general maintenance? Are there any pieces of software that put some of the general property upkeep on a kind of auto-pilot (e.g. replacing fire extinguishers annually, replacing dated HVAC units, etc)? Are there pieces of software to help with managing vendors and allowing vendors to bid on specific jobs? What are some of the ways that property management can be streamlined with technology? I know proptech is a hot space right now, and I am looking for the most efficient ways to manage properties.
