Can you have both a Freddie Mae Loan and Freddie Mac Loan?

Is it possible to have a Freddie Mae Homestyle Loan on one home and a Freddie Mac Renovation Loan on another home? What are the guidelines? Two questions I can’t seem to find the answer to.
