Hi guys, can I give the month to month tenant I live with a notice to leave just because I don’t enjoy living with him? I live in a four bedroom house by myself so I thought I’d try renting out one of the rooms. This guy has been here for four months and I really hate having him around.. so can I give him a notice to leave just because I don’t want him? And if he doesn’t leave what do I do then?  

I will not be renting out any of the rooms once/if he leaves
