Hello! New member and new property owner here. I would love some advice from a seasoned professional.

I am set to close on my first property late next week and am very excited. The building has one residential apartment, two retail spaces and one office space.

I purchased the building under my LLC, is the LLC the owner or landlord? I am asking in regard to the leases I will be providing to my tenants.
