Wordpress or other - property website/theme/plugin

I never really paid much concern to my company website.  It's basically a static page that has a link to a map of where our properties are (a google map I generated via tehir tool to put 'pins' where our locations are). a link to apply (pulls in our property managment app page in a frame).  A link to our listings (property management software listing page pulled into a frame) and some other static pages like "about us", "contact us", etc.

In terms of pages for each property, I'm using a junk plugin that asks for the property address and photos and then generates a page that's pretty basic.  But, it's worked so...

Anyway, I'm now buying a property that's rather larger (~400 units). It has a very nice professional page.  I figured it was a page that was generated by higher end property management software than I use.  But looking at it, it might just be a wordpress single property theme (not a plugin).  So I'll likley just scrape the data, get a new page with that same theme, and copy it (current owner is okay with that)

So, for anyone out there that owns and runs apartment communities, what do you use to generate and manage pages for your properties?  As much as I've wanted to find a cool plugin I'm more and more thinking that for some locations I might just have to make a page from scratch, or use a per-property them and just host them on property.mycompany.com

I figured there would be more info out there about this but I came up empty on my serach.
