Hi Guys

I am new investor, please forgive me if this is basic:

I closed on a condo 04/30 and have tenants living there on month to month lease, of which their lease terminates by 05/31.

My question is I did not get any keys for the apartment post closing:

is this something normal when you have tenants? Or you are legally allowed to keep one copy of keys?
