Topic: Real Estate Investing Q&A w/ Christopher Rizzolo, Broker of Melrose Realty

This month's speaker: Christoper Rizzolo

Chris started his career in real estate in 2006 when he obtained his real estate license, and went on to further his education by receiving an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate. He had a focus on multifamily and commercial real estate, and in 2008 he joined the national brokerage, Marcus & Milichap. In 2010, he acquired his first multifamily property and ultimately started his own brokerage in 2013. He has been a full-time owner/operator since 2015, has acquired and sold nearly 200 units, and is currently holding 70 units throughout 20 properties valued at over $10m. In addition, he also operates a successful fix and flip business and residential real estate brokerage.

He has been able to successfully work in all facets of the business from the retail and investor side during his 15+ year career. Join us on Thursday 8/25 as he'll take us through his journey and answer questions on how you can achieve your real estate goals.
