Here is your monthly event post for the newest Tucson-based subgroup of AZREIA: the Arizona Real Estate Investor's Association.

There are two *slight* changes to highlight for this month's game meetup:
1) This will be the very first AZREIA meetup in the brand new Keller Williams building in the Cambric Corporate Center (formerly Joesler Village Shopping Center)! After a messy move-in process, the new space is much easier to find, has a lot more parking, has effective interior heating/cooling and is an all-around upgrade to our prior location. The location is across the street (south of River Rd, but still west of Campbell), and is the western-most building in the complex, just east of the post office.
2) While we generally meet up on the 2nd Saturday of the month (i.e. the Saturday after our New Investor Meetup and before the "Main" Monthly Meetup at TAR), I actually will be out of town the weekend of August 12th. For that reason only we are meeting up the weekend prior to our New Investor Subgroup meetup. This also serves as a "low tech" way to make sure the space will be ready for us the following week.
This is a very casual meetup: feel free to pop by if you are in town, even if it's a few minutes late. You can join in at any time, or simply stop by to network with a few like-minded folks while learning a rather surprising amount of information about how to read asset & income statements.
