is a seasoned investor currently residing in the Ft. Smith area. A retired Army Lt Colonel, she began investing while still in the army and hasn't stopped since. Rhonda frequently attends rei seminars where she has met like-minded investors. After much discussion, several of them began pooling their resources to invest across the country.
