Hi Everyone!

We're looking forward to seeing you all again this Tuesday at the Lafayette Hotel from 5:30-8:30PM, we will be near the pool bar/lobby bar straight through the front doors as always. Whether you're looking to buy your first rental property or are looking for partners/investors for a multi-million dollar hotel acquisition, this is the place to be.

This is a casual networking event with no specific agenda so feel free to join us and bring some friends. Parking can be sparse around the hotel but the valet cost is minimal.

We have confirmation from Rich Somers that he'll be attending this month so we can learn from his experience acquiring and renovating 4 hotels over the past 2 years.
