The 43rd Santa Barbara Real Estate Investor Meetup will take place at Third Window Brewing Co. on Thursday, February 20 from 6-8pm. We will be in the front patio area across from the bar. Look for the sign similar to the above banner and call/text me (Baird) at 805-705-5667 or Val at 805-215-6733 if you are having trouble finding the group.
IMPORTANT NOTE: we will be moving away from posting Bigger Pockets events because the interface is not conducive to repeat events. Please make sure you click the meetup.com link below and register there and also send me a message to add you to the email list to continue receiving event notifications.
We are a group of real estate investors of all experience levels who get together each month to share stories, experiences, leads, etc. Whether you have only started dreaming of your first property, or just closed on your 100th; whether you invest out of state, or keep it local, we look forward to having you join.
We kick the evening off with quick group introductions, so be ready to tell the group one thing you are seeking and one area where you can provide value (everyone has something to give).
RSVP here AND post a response if you plan on joining so we know who to look out for and to help promote the event. Call/text Baird at 805-705-5667 or Val at 805-215-6733 if you have any questions.
NOTE: If you would like to be included on the list to receive future invitations via email, please direct message me your email address and keep an eye out for emails from [email protected]. Please also sign up on at Meetup.com using the link in this post.
