This month's Deal Maker Atlanta meetup is going to be fantastic! Our topic is "Finding Inventory When Everyone's Chasing the same 3/2. Josh and Eric are opening the lid up on some of the deals they have done and the strategies they are using to buy homes under value in Atlanta today.

TOPIC: OPPORTUNITIES 101: FINDING INVENTORY WHEN EVERYONE'S CHASING THE SAME 3/2.Overview: Some say that inventory is limited, there are no good deals, and the "old ways" don't work. Yet, both Eric and I have closed deals in the last 24 months. In fact, I (Josh) closed double the amount of personal deals this year compared to last year! This month, Eric and I are going to share a few deals we did, the strategies we used to find them, and also some strategies we are starting to employ right now in our business. This won't be earth shattering, but it will be eye opening if you feel the deals aren't there.
