Hello we are having our monthly meet up in El Monte at the Mariscos Las Palmas Restaurant. We have monthly speakers on different topics of real estate investing. At I.T.I we believe in transformation thru education and networking in Real Estate. We have the meet ups every 4th Thursday of the month. Starts at 7:30pm they sell food and there's a bar in case you would like to buy some. We are here to bring value to our community, this is for people who would like to build up there passive cashflow and be able to retire from it if they choose to.
