Shiloh Lundahl is an international real estate investor and real estate investing coach. He has invested over the past 15 years and has owned over 300 properties/doors with partners. He specializes in buying undervalued single family homes and selling them on lease options. 

Brandon Simmons has over 20 years experience investing in real estate and has been a part of over 400 wholesale transactions. He has worked directly with Sean Terry for years and heads up the mastermind group called the Go-Giver with over 200 investors. 

 WHY LAKESIDE and WHERE WILL WE STAY?

Lakeside, Arizona is a peaceful mountain setting among the pines where we own 2 large cabins.

Parkway Lodge is a 3500 Sq. Ft., 7-bedroom cabin that is perfect for hosting large groups.

Mohave Family Reunion Cabin with a Treehouse has a main cabin that is 2500 Sq. Ft. 5 bedroom and a barndominium that has 2 bedrooms.

Arrive Thursday, January 22, 2026 by 6 PM for dinner. The retreat officially end Saturday, January 24 at 6 PM but you can stay until 10 AM Sunday morning if you would like to.

Parkway Lodge is located at 3717 Parkway, Lakeside, AZ 85929 less than a mile West of Rainbow Lake in Lakeside, Arizona. 

Mohave Family Reunion Cabin with a Treehouse is Located at 4429 Mohave Dr, Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ 85929 also about a mile West of Rainbow Lake in Lakeside, Arizona.

There really are limed spots available between 30 people depending on the room configurations.. The costs below for the retreat include the food, lodging, and any materials for the training.
