Seasons Greetings & a Happy 2026 to all!
After a 2-year hiatus of "online only" meetups, the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association is back & offering more networking opportunities this month than every before (pre-pandemic)!
1) Our local Landlords have already met up for the Buy & Hold Subgroup at Fidelity National Title; meeting on the 1st Tuesday of every month. If you missed it, be sure to get pre-registered for the February meetup on 2/3.
2) For general networking & a Tucson Real Estate Market update: we are excited to have reserved the Keller Williams Building in Midtown to host the return of AZREIA's most popular monthly meetup! You can get more info about the evening's itinerary and pre-register at the link above for the meeting on Tue, 1/13 from 6-8pm.
3) & for New Investors: the New Investor Subgroup continues its rotating monthly content by starting anew with Meeting #1: WHY Start Now, & HOW to develop your investing niche (what you buy) and strategy (how you buy it). The foundation upon which everything else is built, this meetup is designed to get you inspired & into daily action.
You can register for the New Investor Group above, which will take place Mon 1/19; also from 6-8pm at the Keller Williams Building, as well as a live-stream of that content for those who prefer to attend remotely.
