Join us for our next Aggieland Investor Mastermind on Wednesday, April 9th at 5:30 p.m. at 710 Vassar, College Station.
This month’s guest speaker is Kyle Burford.
Kyle is a Texas A&M Class of ’01 graduate in Electrical Engineering who spent 15 years in the Oil & Gas industry managing the design and construction of industrial production facilities. In 2016, he pivoted into real estate, focusing on new-construction student housing in Bryan/College Station. Since then, he has bought, built, and developed approximately 100 units of single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes totaling 450 beds, all supported by in-house property management.
We’ll actually be meeting at one of Kyle’s current student rental developments, which makes this one even better.
Kyle will be breaking down the high-end student rental market in College Station from the ground up—what makes these projects work, how they’re developed, what investors need to understand, and lessons learned from doing this at scale.
