Friday is a welcome mixer. Saturday is a full day of teaching: how Alabama's new tax deed system works, finding, researching and buying, funding, quiet title and legal strategy, insurance, property management, and short-term rental. Sunday is a bus tour of real properties, with a boxed lunch on the bus.

Speakers include Denise Evans, Tim Cheek (Parcel Fair), Greg Stanley (Stanley & Associates), Jana Baker, Hannah McCandless, Sean Zweifel and Josh Anderson. Josh is the author of The 12 Steps to Owner Financing Tax Properties in Alabama.
