Join us for our monthly meeting, this month we will hear from Backyard ADUs. Been dreaming of an ADU? Learn about the process from start to finish.
Since 2019, Backyard ADUs has been leading the way in building small homes and building them smart. They design and build high-quality Net Zero ready small homes in backyards (aka ADUs–Accessory Dwelling Units) and on standalone land. They combine modern prefab construction techniques with a flawless on-site construction process that makes new construction predictable and accessible to everyone.
Backyard ADUs are mission oriented. They care about a homeowner's budget like it is their own, are constantly looking for ways to bring [back] down construction costs and the total cost of ownership. Backyard ADUs are on the front lines of state and municipal-level policy-making for ADU and small lot zoning.
Meetings are open to the public! This meeting will NOT be available on Zoom. First-time in-person visitors can attend for $20 per person to “check us out,” with dinner included. If they decide to join, the $20 will be applied to an NWCLA membership, or sponsorship of choice, that night. Become a member and the annual dues pay for all 10 meetings a year!
