Ever wonder what goes through the mind of an experienced investor when they look at a house. Well, here's your chance to find out. On July 27th, hop on the bus and ride along as we tour future MLS listings plus several rental rehabs. Rehabbers and landlords are invited to join us and watch how some of the areas most experienced real estate investors analyze a potential money maker available in today's market. Tickets are $30 for members and $60 for non-members. Seats are limited to 25 (that's about all that can comfortably fit in a house at one time).
