We are here to empower women to succeed in Real Estate Investing!

We are the organizers of an exciting and unique group:

Real Estate Investing for Women.

We welcome women of all levels (new to seasoned investors) and professions to join us and learn or share experiences in an non-intimidating environment.

The ticket cost is to cover your lunch, taxes, tip and Take Away Manual.

This group is in dedication to women real estate investors and related professionals that are serious about business, cultivating strong relationships and committed to providing access to knowledge and information that can help each of us grow to the next level of real estate investing.

During this luncheon we will share great food and discuss in a relaxed and informal way:

The 3 Secrets to Successful Real Estate Investing for Women;
The 5 Steps Action Plan to Close a Deal in 4 Weeks or Less;
How to Find Properties, How to Talk to Sellers, What Works in Marketing, and much more.

Everyone is here to learn and help! Ask any questions and feel free to network. Bring business cards (if you have any) to exchange. Or just pen and paper.

You will also receive a Take Away Manual with Presentation Training Notes!

Come join us! It will be fun with great food and like minded women!

What better way to explain what these luncheons are about than sharing a Testimonial from one of our luncheon attendees - this summarizes what you can expect from participating at this informal meeting.

See you at the luncheon!

From Deborah N.:

"Real Estate Investing for Women (REIW) is a fantastic group lead by women with a vast knowledge of the real estate business.

I am so thankful I found this group.

I have been a member of a few real estate investment clubs in the past few years, but I always felt there was something missing. The idea of all women was extremely appealing to me. When I first attended one of their monthly luncheons, I felt warmly welcomed and at home with this group right away.

Liz incorporates teaching along with participation among the group as members share their experiences, good and bad, which enhances the learning experience exponentially. There are different levels of experience among the group; therefore, questions are strongly encouraged so no one walks away feeling confused or left out.

I can sense how much they want all of us to be successful in this business along with them. I know for sure this is where I want/need to be. I highly recommend joining this group for women interested in investing in real estate. You will not be disappointed."
