Fayetteville has a little different take on building, codes and development. Some find the codes more stringent, some appreciate the longer term vision for design and development. Either way, it's good to know what the Planning Commission and City Council are planning - and why.

Sloan Scroggins severed for several years on the Fayetteville Planning Commission and last year won his seat on the City Council. He has a strong construction background coming from a family of contractors. Sloan teaches full time at UA and in his spare time is general contracting his own $150K rehab project! He's my go-to guy for all things building related and will talk with us about:

  • Current and future developments in Fayetteville
  • How the $250M bond money will affect developors
  • Big vs small builders - entirely different worlds
  • Cost efficient designs
  • Changes in the wind for builders

Join us for a lively discussion on building in Fayetteville, what's new in urban design and changes in the wind. Network with other investors/builders and have a great dinner at Mimi's. See ya on Thursday.
