This month, we are SUPER excited to have one of own regular meetup attendees, Britt Loukos, speak to us about mobile home park investing as we continue our series on alternative methods of real estate investing.
Britt and her husband, Jonathan founded Lumen Development Co to mindfully revitalize spaces and use their business as a force for good. Britt purchased her first investment property when she was 20, and has since participated in $450MM in real estate transactions and currently has $7.5MM in assets under management. She holds a Masters in Real Estate from UNCC and has served in urban planning, development, private equity. Lumen Development Co focuses on adventure assets, including Airbnb's and Camper Renovations. They recently completed a very creative mobile home park transaction, and have experience in buy + hold and fix + flip strategies as well.
