Patrick Rebman
Patrick Rebman is a broker and co-owner of Chippewa Valley Real estate and Chippewa Valley Property Management. Patrick moved to Eau Claire in 1990 from Oregon, WI to attend UW Eau Claire.
After graduating Patrick joined the Peace Corps and severed in Nepal for over two years. He then returned and settled back into Eau Claire. Shortly after returning home from the Peace Corps Patrick founded the Children’s Museum of Eau Claire and got his start in real estate purchasing and managing his own residential rentals. As he grew his real estate portfolio he worked as a professional fundraiser for Mayo Health Systems. Patrick then became a licensed real estate agent in 2006.
Patrick enjoys and loves being a part of real estate. He states “helping find people their home or an investment property or getting top dollar for a home they’re selling is incredibly rewarding. It never gets old and there isn’t a day I’m not excited to get to work.”
Wendy Schultz
Wendy Schultz is Founder and CEO of The Simple Life Hospitality, a vacation rental consulting and management firm. She and her husband Scott currently own 3 vacation rental properties in Florida and have owned several in Wisconsin in the past.
The company also manages vacation properties for busy owners and provides consulting services to maximize owner rental revenues with the most ROI. Wendy has combined her business knowledge, investment knowledge, and interior design knowledge gained in previous ventures to create a unique one stop shop solution for investors interested in vacation rentals.
She has also been featured in nationwide publications such as Realtor Magazine, The New York Times, USA Today, CBS, Inc, and others. She and her team pride themselves on helping owners become more profitable and work less while earning more. She carries that same philosophy into her second business where she coaches burned out execs on how to leave behind the corporate rat race and create a life they don't need a vacation from!
