Topic:What you REALLY should be doing to get deals:-While searching for this month's topic, I went to my Facebook group and YouTube channel to see what type of questions people had been recently asking. Many of the questions, in my opinion, are about things that are minor details in the process of putting off-market deals together for wholesaling, flipping, and rentals. We will go over things to focus on to expedite the search.
Basic meetup schedule:
6:00pm - Attendee Introductions
6:20pm - Topic Discussion
6:50pm - Q and A / Open Discussion
7:30pm - Networking
8:00pm - Finish
