Come and hear how these under 30 (in some cases under 20) year old investors have built their business (the successes and the struggles).

The Schedule (2nd Monday):

• 5:30 pm - Check in at the reception desk, visit with your friends and colleagues, get settled in to start
• 6:00 pm - Welcome from Chris Hake, brief announcements, and introductions of Vendors
• 6:15 pm - Raffle prizes from our Vendors, Local topics discussed, Have's and Want's
• 6:40 pm - Break out into un-constructed networking, first-time guests meet with President and Founder, Chris Hake
• 7:00 pm - Spotlight speaker to present for 90-minutes
• 8:30 pm - Meeting adjourned, closing comments by Chris Hake
• Meeting after the meeting: TBD LOCATION

Speakers: Sam Glavin, Jason Meyers, Trent Grant, John Reiske, and Tim Gitto

Sam Glavin

Sam had an amazing first year as an Investor, after joining Chris's local coaching program, Sam Scored a HUGE first wholesale deal with over 40k in profits. He has done a couple of more deals since, and He is well on his way to make 6 figures this upcoming year. Sam Also married the love of his life this year and is currently waiting for his first baby.

Jason Meyers

Jason is a Multi Family Wizard. For over 10 years, Jason has been involved in single-family & multi-family real estate, responsible for deal sourcing, capital raising & on-going management/investor relations of their current portfolio. Since his first experience in real estate in 2010, Jason has been involved in 5 properties totaling over $1,300,000 in real estate transactions. Jason has also helped raise over $210,000 to fund these deals from private investors. Currently, he is responsible for all deal sourcing, capital raising & due diligence of multifamily investments in the greater Madison area for his team.

Trent Grant

Born and raised in MI, Trenton decided to take a break from college and focus on REI. Not even 20 years old, Trenton is one of those investors that you can actually see the drive and tenacity in their eyes.

After his first 4 accepted offers fell through, Trent relantles drive got him his 5th accepted offer, and broke the records for a coaching student's first deal with over $90k in profits! Trent's life goal is to own commercial real estate and he is currently pursuing that dream.

John Reiske

John is a brilliant young man. After an impressive Highschool football career and going to UW, At age 18, john decided to dedicate his life to REI. John is a full time investor, focused on wholesale and wholetail deal along side with Tim Dougherty they recently made a huge $80,000 profit on a wholesale deal.

Johnny's future is as bright as they come, and we can't wait to see his next steps!

Tim Gitto

Tim and his dad, Greg Gitto are both graduated from Chris Hake's coaching program in early 2020. If you go to Watertown, it is almost %100sure that you will find a house for Sale or In Process of a Rehab by the Gittos. Tim main focus is Fixing And Flipping houses, and He had tremendous success in the past few years doing so.
