Double Closing in Arizona

Title agents / real estate investors in Arizona:

Do I have to have money in the escrow account to pay for a property or can I use the buyer's money to close the sale (simultaneous/double closing)? This concerns a couple of wholesale deals I am preparing.

Thanks, Ken

@Ken Breeze A few Title companies will do a double close without having your own money in place I believe.

It may take a few calls on Monday to confirm or hopefully someone else will post on one they have recently done in AZ.
