Hello! I'm a long time CPA from Seal Beach, California, who has clients, friends, and family, who have all become wealthy from real estate. I have been involved with numerous real estate tranasactions big and small over the years via my clients and have always thought they were the most interesting to work on. The light bulb finally went off in my head and I've decided to follow my passion and get into real estate. Ideally, I want to create wealth for me and my family, so Buy and Hold is what I'm looking to do - ideally Multi-family properties.
