How long do deeds of trust and promissory notes last in Colorado? I was looking a  and the seems to be a change on laws a few years ago . I have one ending soon and wondering if I have to do modification of the deed and promissory notes . It's under title 38 but wondering if Im reading it correctly. Also is there a good that you can do these on ,or realestate lawyers that do one off work that are recommended . Thank you
