New here from NW Georgia, looking for first property

Hi everyone! My husband, Paul, and I live in Adairsville and are looking for our first property in either NW Georgia or Chattanooga area. So far it seems like Rome or Chattanooga might be the better areas to invest. We are looking to BRRRR our first property and get the ball rolling. We would like to connect with others in the area and also welcome any recommendations for people to work with. We have not ensemble our team yet, so we need to get out there and meet others!

We are very excited to get this started and have been "running our numbers" daily in pretty much every Zillow property we've found.

Chattanooga seems promising and @Adrienne Green is a good resource to tap into. 

You may want to re-evaluate Rome. Crime and Poverty levels are high in most neighborhoods. Are you looking for SFR or MFU?
