Student Rentals in Fort Valley GA
Hello!
I am looking into purchasing single family homes in Fort Valley, GA and using these homes as rental properties. Because of the low median price of homes in the area, around $75,000, and the ability to rent by the room it looks as though this area can generate high profit margins. Does anyone have experience purchasing and renting out rooms to students in this area?
