Hi everyone, we do 100+ deals/yr between Augusta, GA and Columbia, SC. I cannot for the life of me find a closing attorney that can (and is willing to) service both traditional closes as well as creative financing deals. Looking for any/all referrals for someone that wants ALL of our business and not just the easy ones. Thanks in advance!
Have you tried Joshua Rand? He does Creative deal closings in GA- he's in North GA (Roswell). Not exactly sure if he serves Augusta. I have not personally used him but I've heard great things from a few people. (Also I hear that he's swamped lately, but maybe he can point you in the right direction).
