Looking to build my team in anticipation of owning some investment property in Coralville/Iowa City area. Does anyone have any recommendations of good local management companies?

I've worked with Mitch King at KMB and recommend him for the area.  He is a really great property manager.

6 years later response here. I hired KMB to manage a property of mine; complete disaster. Under no circumstances should you let them be involved with your properties in any way.
