Need roofing, electrician and plumber referrals in Biddeford

Hi, I'm closing on a 4 unit in Biddeford that needs some work. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated:

First off, the roof needs replacing, with some facia repairs and improved venting.
I want to add a laundry room and need a plumber and electrician.
If anyone has a reliable handyman for general maintenance in the area, that would be great too.

@Martin Goodenberger Are you still looking for a referral? I have an interest in a property management company that does basic maintenance to full remodeling, we can GC any size project. Do you still need someone?

I have a couple plumber leads, but still need roof and electrician. I'm not interested in Property Management.

@Martin Goodenberger Would you like to speak with one of our Property Maintenance people about the roof and electrical? We could also handle the plumbing and give you one point of contact for all of it.
