Hi all,
I currently own a single family home in Arlington, MA but am looking to rent it out to be my first rental unit in my portfolio as I'll be relocating to NYC. Does anyone have any suggestions for PM that I can use? Any other suggestions for someone who is doing this for the first time?

Sorry, I don't know anyone in the area yet, but feel free to contact me if you have any questions about doing this for the first time. I had a bad experience with my very first property manager, and it was because I failed to properly vet him. Absolutely make sure you get referrals for any prospective PMs, multiple if possible.
