Anyone from Minnesota invested in turnkey properties out of state? If so, which ones and how has your experience been? I would love to get some feedback as I am doing a lot of research and talking with companies in Indianapolis, Memphis, Kansas City and a few others. I am having a hard time narrowing down the best market and most reliable company. 

Turn key is hard to find in indy. Lots of scams out there. Be sure to work with someone licensed.

@Justin Frytz do you recommend any companies in the Indianapolis area or Chicagoland? How about other popular turnkey areas/companies?

As far as turn key, no. There's a lot of discussion on here about good and bad ones.

Hey @Peter Heldstab .  I know a few turnkey companies in KC.  Some with a better track record than others.  Feel free to shoot me an email, I'm happy to share some of the feedback I've heard.  

None of it is firsthand experience though. I BRRRR all of my properties here. So I haven't worked with any of them.

 Some other popular markets are Dayton, Toledo & Cleveland in case you want to ad them to your list of markets to research.
