Hello everybody, I've just gone under contract for my first property and I was wondering if anybody here knows of a home inspector who can do a inspection and tank sweep in New Jersey. The property is in the New Brunswick area. Thank you.

@Adrien Salvador try total home inspections they are my go to inspector and they are still inspecting properties/doing tank sweeps throughout this pandemic
Congratulation on your deal, I am a inspector in the south Florida area but you can find a well train inspector in your area trough InterNACHI, you will find nothing but the best here.
Congrats! I am in the Red Bank area (Monmouth County), but I use 2 inspectors that will cover your area (I see you already resolved it). Tank sweeps are usually done by a separate company, because if they find the soil has been contaminated, they know all the steps needed to re mediate - an inspector might be able to sweep for a tank, but I think each carries different types of Liability/Insurance.
@Adrien Salvador Keith Maurino does both. I am not sure if he is a BP member but hes a tank sweep guy and home inspector. Gets it done within a day or so.
