Tony Lamando from Advantage Home Inspections or Chris Ferguson from Ferguson & Company are both great inspectors in this area that I've dealt with personally. Advantage has multiple inspectors but I believe Ferguson is a one-man operation. I can't say enough good things about either of them. You can do a search for their company names and find all their contact info. Tell them Mike Jobe from Coldwell Banker HPW referred you. I have no doubt they'll exceed your expectations.
