Hello! I'm still new to this, but I'm ready to start putting my eyes on some BRRRR deals. I live in Charlotte and I'm hoping to start in markets close to me. Is there anyone in this area that is having success using the BRRRR method? I'm also hoping to connect with local agents, lenders, contractors and property managers that have experience working with investors, so please let me know if that's you!

Hello I am new to Bigger Pockets... sorry for having very little info in my profile but I am a real estate agent in Charlotte NC. I am also looking for BRRRR properties in the area. Recently I had a client that was looking in the Gaston county, Lincoln County area along the Hwy. 321 corridor. I was surprised with the price of many of these homes being in the $95,000 to $130,000 price range and not being in that great of shape. Some of these homes had a days on market of 2 to 3 days before they were under contract.
