    you can try Penn East Federal Credit Union... They still hold some of my properties. They have a new commercial loan officer now, which I have not dealt with but they do commercial portfolio loans.

    I like Luzerne Bank.  Call and ask for Rob Neher (pronounced Nare).  Let him know I sent you, he's a really good guy.
