I am looking for a site that has links for counties to purchase tax deeds in PA , MD and NJ. Do you guys know of a site which has good links to county websites for an online purchase? Do you have good feedback on counties in PA I should look for and avoid for tax deeds?

In PA, they sell tax delinquent property at auctions. Allegheny county (Pittsburgh) just did the first online auction in the state. Every other county is still doing in person bidding. PA doesnt sell tax liens, so the auction is your only way to purchase tax delinquent property and each county has a different website listing the properties for sale.

The only sites I am aware of are the county repository lists - keep in mind that the county repository only gets properties that nobody bought at the auctions (upset sale and judicial sale), so very likely to be junk or vacant land. Not saying you can’t find one that is worth buying, just pointing out that you will encounter lots of turds along the way ...
