I'd like to hear more about what investors in Northwest Arkansas are doing. I'd particularly like to see ride-alongs and deal diaries, but I'll take any stories from investors if they are talking about Northwest Arkansas.
Do you know of anyone investing in Northwest Arkansas and sharing publicly about their activities? Please share! Blogs, youtube channels, facebook pages, instagram accounts, etc would all be awesome!
I posted this in the Fayetteville subforum, but I'm interested in stories about investing anywhere in NWA. This could be Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, etc.

I'll +1 NWA REI - I recently joined, and have been watching their video archive (great stuff).

Personally, own a couple storage facilities in NWA with anticipation for more, and relocated here about 5 months ago and plan on buying a home in the spring/summer of ‘21.
I'm a State Department overseas investor that has been in the NWA market for 15 years. We've watched this area grow exponentially from afar. Ryan Blackstone and the aforementioned Darren Davis and Henry Washington are guys to know.

Hi Jennifer. I have 11 residential doors, and am working hard to pay down my loans right now. My ultimate goal is to pay them all off, and walk away from Corporate America. It would be nice to work for myself. I just paid off two units, and am targeting a third in the Spring. But, I kind of got distracted by the opportunity to own and operate a STR. So, I am purchasing a condo in Fayetteville to see if I can do this. The start up costs will set me back for a little while, but not for long. Also, I stumbled across a 3/2 single family home that I am going to try and flip. I'm probably taking on too much, and this Fall will be very stressful. I really don't know what I'm doing, but am watching lots of instructional videos! But, if all goes as planned, I will add significant revenue, and pay down significant debt. I really didn't think that good deals were still out there, considering NWA buyer's market. But if you keep your eyes open and are ready to move quickly, they are.
I found a realtor in NWA who does investing as well and it seems he’s recently started a YouTube channel. Here’s the link, not a ton of content yet but looks like he’s trying to consistently produce now.
