I work for an investment brokerage in San Diego and we find 6 -10 off-market properties per month for investors. I am looking for hard money lenders that I could refer to my clients. Seeking any recommendations for San Diego County, CA.

    We find properties with ARVs ranging from $400,000 - $1.5 million.
