Hi all,
My boyfriend's rental property might have some mold issue. Tenants were complaining musty smell in the kitchen. Any advice or recommendation for a good mold removal company will be appreciated. Thank you!

First tip is to only call it "possible microbial growth" so that you don't have tenants threatening legal action immediately and displaying placebo symptoms of coughs and colds! Never say the "M" word to tenants.
Servpro Sorrento Valley, SW San Diego, or Point Loma all do really good and speedy work for us. They will conduct testing to determine if the growth is in fact mold and will be honest in their assessment if the tenants' negligence was the cause of the issue. They are a full service remediation company and can then contain, demo, and eliminate the growth. They do resconstruction too but if you have a handyman or GC you work with they will be more cost effective for the rebuild. Good luck!
