Hi BP!
Been a while since I posted. I have some new marketing going out in the next few days and am really excited to see the response rate and get my first deal! I have all the basic infrastructure in place and am just about ready to go full force forward.
That brings me to the title of this post. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good real estate attorney in Fresno? Also, a good CPA would be welcome as well.
I'm eager to post my fist victory soon! Thank you in advance BP!
Hi Sean - I was wondering if you ever found a real estate attorney to work with? If not - I know of a great attorney that has been a speaker at our meetup group and specializes in real estate - his name is Justin Vecchiarelli and he is with Sutton Hague - he is very sharp and knowledgeable when it comes to real estate.
Also- how is your marketing campaign coming going? Have you done your first deal yet or gotten any responses? Interested to hear more about how your business is coming along. You are more than welcome to call me if you ever want to go over a deal together or if you need someone run comps for you - If I can help with anything feel free to reach out to me.
I just want to have all my paperwork reviewed to make sure I have everything in order and is on the up and up. I'd like to start off on the right side of the law, oil.
Back when I used to own a commercial shopping center, I used Thomas Boehm. It's been a few years and he was near retirement, but was a great person to work with. Try Googling him.

@Sean Bell were you able to find anyone that you'd recommend? I literally just sent a message to @Jay Orlauski, I guess I should have searched the forums first :/ But in any case, I'm in search of the same so let us know! :D Thanks!
