Just so I'm clear, you're looking to purchase land and you want help from an agent in finding and purchasing land in the downtown area? If so, what are your goals for the land? Sfr? Commercial? Multifamily?

Get a knowledgeable RE atty in Sacramento. Lot of brokers won't know how or want to commit on stuff you're asking.
